SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our chosen delivery partner is Royal Mail, the greenest delivery option for letters and parcels in the UK. We pop your greeting cards in the post as soon as we can, but it's likely that if you place your order after 08:00AM they might not begin their journey until the next morning.

We offer Free UK Standard Delivery on all greeting card orders. If you select this your order will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class. Royal Mail aims to deliver 2nd Class post within 2-3 working (including Saturdays).

If you’ve chosen to upgrade to Express UK Delivery, please be aware that a variable delivery charge will be calculated depending on the size and weight of your order and applied at checkout. Your order will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class. Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st Class post the following working day (including Saturdays).

Whichever service you choose, please be patient with Royal Mail.

WHAT MAKES THIS SPECIAL…

Sustainable luxury is at the heart of everything we do at Quinn & Quill London. We aim to create eco-friendly gifts that, due to their quality, beauty and thoughtfulness, live far beyond the moments they were created for. From the greeting card destined to be framed to the gift wrap that gets reused in an art project, longevity is an integral part of the design process.

After being lovingly illustrated by independent artist Tee Satanee, every card’s journey to their recipient is carefully managed. Each sheet of gift wrap is digitally printed in a facility that exclusively uses inks that have been certified as vegan friendly, and is powered by renewable energy. We’ve chosen a 100% recycled and unbleached paper stock that is FSC certified and carbon neutral. 100gsm is a luxurious weight that provides full coverage while still being easy to crease and fold. Once we’ve unboxed our gorgeous stock, gift wrap is packed by hand into recyclable packaging, before being delivered to our wonderful customers by Royal Mail.

We’re proud to say that our entire business is certified plastic free by Surfers Against Sewage, and vegan friendly by Vegan Friendly UK. While we’re actively seeking further accreditation, we’re already confident that you’ve just found one of the most sustainable independent greeting card businesses in the UK.
