When you reach the checkout you will be asked to select a delivery method. We use Royal Mail to deliver your cards, and offer either:

Standard UK Delivery from £1.29 (FREE on orders over £10)

If you choose Standard Delivery, your cards will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class, which Royal Mail aim to deliver the day after we’ve posted them. The cost is based on the overall weight of your order, which will be calculated at the checkout stage. If your order is over £10, the delivery charge will automatically be discounted.

Tracked 48 from £3.60

Your cards will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which Royal Mail aim to deliver within 48 hours of us posting them. Additionally, your order can be tracked. The cost is based on the overall weight of your order, which will be calculated at the checkout stage.

Tracked 24 from £4.02

Your cards will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which Royal Mail aim to deliver within 24 hours of us posting them. Additionally, your order can be tracked. The cost is based on the overall weight of your order, which will be calculated at the checkout stage.

In most cases, orders received by 08:00AM on any working day will be packed and dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after 08:00AM will be dispatched the next working day.

All of our products and packaging are sourced as locally as possible, and all within the UK.

As a new business, we haven’t yet got the data required to secure a certified status in relation to our carbon footprint. We will acquire a certification as soon as possible, and are confident that this will confirm us as being a carbon neutral business. Naturally though, we’re striving to be carbon negative!

We are proud members of the SME Climate Hub, a community of SME leaders committed to halving greenhouse gas emissions before 2030 and reaching net-zero emissions before 2050. Quinn and Quill London has made a bolder commitment to achieve net-zero emissions by 2030, and has made this pledge in the global UNFCCC Race to Zero campaign.

We support a range of charities through a platform called Work for Good. Selected Quinn & Quill London designs have been dedicated to a charity. We pledge to donate a percentage of sales revenue generated by that product to the chosen charity, and donations are made once annually. We never take off shipping costs first, and customers buying our cards through any of our wholesale partners can be sure we’ve used the RRP rather than the wholesale revenue. As a new business, we’re yet to make our first donations, but we’ll definitely be publishing these on our website.

1% of sales from the Soft Toy range are donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, including Blue Bear, Rose Bear, Blue Dog and Rose Dog.

1% of sales of Meant to Bee are donated to the Bumblebee Conservation Trust.

1% of sales of Deepest Sympathy are donated to Marie Curie.

1% of profits from Toucan are donated to The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB).

1% of sales of Whale Done! are donated to the Marine Conservation Society.

1% of sales of Slow the **ck down are donated to Mind.

1% of sales of Good Vibes are donated to The Children’s Society.

1% of sales of Happy New Home are donated to Shelter.
