Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping and Returns Policy applies to Retail Orders and Wholesale Orders placed with Quinn & Quill London Ltd (‘we/us’) through quinnquill.co.uk (the ‘Site’).

For the avoidance of doubt:

  • ‘Wholesale Orders’ are orders of any size received by a business, including those operating as sole traders, where the substantial purpose for placing that order is resale. These orders should ordinarily be placed through a dedicated wholesale route provided by us on the Site.

  • ’Retail Orders’ are orders of any size received from individuals for their own personal use, including spreading joy to social circles within which they move, such circles including but not limited to; family, friends, colleagues, neighbours and animals.

1) WHEN WILL MY ORDER GET TO ME?

Retail Orders (UK)

In most cases, Retail Orders received by 08:00AM on any working day will be packed and dispatched on the same day, while Retail Orders placed after 08:00AM will be typically be dispatched the next working day. You’ll receive an email notification once we’ve despatched your order. Occasionally, and in exceptional circumstances, Retail Orders may require longer to be packed and dispatched by us. If this happens, we will contact you.

All Retail Orders destined for UK addresses are delivered by Royal Mail. If you’ve chosen to use our Free UK Standard Delivery, your order will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class. Royal Mail aims to deliver 2nd Class post within 2-3 working (including Saturdays). If you’ve chosen to upgrade to Express UK Delivery, your order will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class. Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st Class post the following working day (including Saturdays). Whichever service you choose, please be patient with Royal Mail.

Wholesale Orders (UK)

Wholesale Orders are delivered by Royal Mail and will be tracked using the contact details associated with your wholesale account.

  • Royal Mail UK Tracked 24 will aim to deliver your Wholesale Order within 1 working day of dispatch.

  • Royal Mail UK Tracked 48 will aim to deliver your Wholesale Order within 2 working days of dispatch.

  • We aim to deliver items to Europe within a week or two after dispatch and rest of world can take a few weeks (subject to location).

2) WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

Retail Orders (UK) 

  • Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) - FREE on all orders

  • Express UK Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class) - from £0.95

  • Royal Mail UK Tracked 48 - from £3.60.

  • Royal Mail UK Tracked 24 - from £4.02.

Wholesale Orders (UK)

For Wholesale Orders, our delivery charges are the same as for retail customers, but the delivery methods are upgraded.

  • Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail UK Tracked 48) – FREE on all orders

  • Express UK Delivery (Royal Mail UK Tracked 24) – from £0.95

3) CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we can!

Customs have strict importing regulations which are outside our control. If we encounter problems shipping your international order, we will contact you. Please account for your local courier's interruptions to service and allow extra time for delivery.

All Retail Orders and Wholesale Orders destined for locations outside of the UK are subject to delivery charges. These will be calculated automatically at checkout.

4) WHAT IF MY PURCHASE DOES NOT ARRIVE?

It is unlikely that your purchase will not arrive safely. However, if this happens to you, please email hello@quinnquill.co.uk . We retain proof of postage for every item we ship.

5) RETURNS

We hope you will be happy with every purchase from us through the Site. If you are not, then please email hello@quinnquill.co.uk to arrange a return. Please note that any delivery charge or cost incurred by you when posting a return can only be refunded if you have received an incorrect item from us.

Any of our products purchased from third party retailers cannot be returned under this Shipping and Returns Policy and you are advised to contact the retailer in the first instance.
